Folding machine

Brass sheet bending using digitally controlled mechanical device.

The machine is featured with digital bending angle presetting function with the use of  drivers, enabling you to save 200 bending beam rotation angle positions in its memory. For each operation we programme the given bending angle value and the position of the manual folding beam adjustment. The operations may be executed either as isolated or as a sequence.

Due to easy disassembly of the fold lanes which are fixed in the guideways, it is not a problem putting them together to a bespoke size. Furthermore, fold lanes are very useful while bending of elements in shape of control cabinets, drawers, boxes, casings of all kinds, window sill covers and so forth.  

The bending beam fold lane is constructed sothat it is capable of overbending. It enables you to obtain edge straightness of the brass being bended, despite the durability of the bended material and its thickness.
